Your Anime Taste Stinks, Say Japanese Fandom

If you are a grown man in Japan, there are anime that you simply cannot say you like in "cool" company. If you have a "guilty pleasure" anime, you'd better keep your mouth shut about it, or face being though of as a dork, or worse.
The Japanese anime fan site Sirabee polled their readers to find out which anime you cannot admit to liking. Not surprisingly, the list was heavy with anime geared towards young girls,

Of course, some older fans suggest that you have to eventually grow up and out of watching anime and reading manga. We here at TOKYOPOP, however, respectfully disagree.
