Terms and conditions 

1. This prize drawing, contest and/or competition is organized by TOKYOPOP, 4136 Del Rey Ave Ste 502, Marine Del Rey CA 90292.

How to enter

1. Entries received after the stated closing date will not be accepted.

2. This prize drawing is free to enter and no purchase is necessary.

3. Fans are required to like, share, and comment on the designated contest post on Twitter or Instagram to enter.

4. Fans must like, share, and comment on Twitter or Instagram between 9:00 AM (PST) on October 28 2021 and 11:59 PM (PST) on October 31 2021.

5. One entry on each platform per person will be eligible.

6. By submitting an entry, you are agreeing to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you have any questions, please contact media@tokyopop.com.

7. TOKYOPOP reserves the right to refuse entry or refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.

Eligibility

1. Unless otherwise stated, this prize drawing is open to all except employees of TOKYOPOP, their families, agents or any third party directly associated with administration of the contest.

2. Entrants under the age of 18 must get consent from their parent(s) or legal guardian(s) before entering. The parent(s) or legal guardian(s) of entrants under the age of 18 agree to these Terms and Conditions on behalf of the entrant.

3. By entering, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim any prize you may win. TOKYOPOP may require you to provide proof that you are eligible to enter the prize drawing.

4. TOKYOPOP reserves all rights to disqualify entries if their conduct is contrary to the spirit or intention of the prize drawing.

5. Five (5) giveaway winners will be chosen by random draw by TOKYOPOP staff members by November 5 2021.

6. Fan winners will be notified via DM within 7 days of being chosen and must provide a postal address to claim their prize. If a winner does not respond to TOKYOPOP within 7 days of being notified, then the winner’s prize will be forfeited and TOKYOPOP will select another winner in accordance with the process described above.

7. Prizes will be sent to winners within 28 days of responding to TOKYOPOP, unless otherwise stated.

8. Prizes are non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and no cash alternatives are offered. TOKYOPOP reserves the right to replace any prizes with alternative prizes of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond TOKYOPOP’s control make it necessary to do so.

9. The decision of TOKYOPOP regarding any aspect of the prize drawing is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.

10. Winner names can be obtained by sending a stamped addressed envelope to TOKYOPOP, 4136 Del Rey Ave Ste 502, Marine Del Rey CA 90292 or an email to media@tokyopop.com within 60 of days after the date of the closing date of the prize draw or competition.

11. TOKYOPOP reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so.

12. Insofar as is permitted by law, TOKYOPOP, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of TOKYOPOP, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.

13. TOKYOPOP is committed to protecting and respecting your privacy and will only use your personal information in accordance with these Terms and Conditions and TOKYOPOP's Privacy Policy which is available on our website.

14. By entering, you agree that any personal information provided by you with your entry may be held and used by TOKYOPOP or its agents and suppliers to administer the competition.

15. This prize drawing will be governed by the law of California, United States and entrants to the prize drawing submit to the jurisdiction of the courts in Los Angeles County, California, United States.

16. TOKYOPOP reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions from time to time and any updated version will be effective as soon as it is published on the website.
